Dangerous goods must be properly marked so that the dangerous properties are clearly visible. Dangerous goods must be packed in a safe manner so that no leakage or other dangerous situation occurs. Equipment and materials used for the transport of dangerous goods must be in such a condition that the transport can be carried out in a safe manner.
